I called Protec after finding a Black Widow spider in my backyard near an area where my three small children play. They were very courteous on the phone and sympathetic to my concerns. They made an appointment to check out my home and arrived on time, dressed professionally and were respectful. I found their pricing to be very competitive with other pest control services I looked at, but what I liked best about Protec is that the products they use are organic and safe for my family. Once the product was dry (which took a matter of minutes), I could let my children play inside and outside as if no pest control application had been done. Immediately, I loved that the spider webs were gone from my home! I also have noticed a significant drop in pests around my house – some to zero. I don’t anticipate ever seeing a Black Widow at my house again! I am a very satisfied customer!

HIRE THESE GUYS! We hired ProTec recently because we had a nasty ant problem. They were huge red ants and were taking over our yard and then moved indoors once the weather got cold. Brett came and took his time to not only help remove the ants but educate us on how and why we had the problem. They know their stuff. I was also concerned about the spray and my little kids and dog. Protec uses an organic safe spray. Brett followed up with us to make sure everything was taken care of and even came back with no charge. We will be using them every year! Thanks so much!

Great Service and Natural Product, A Winning Combination!! We have been using a local pest control company service for years to spray for spiders and other pests in and around our house, but they use harmful chemicals to treat the problem and the service was never that great. My wife wanted to find a company that used natural, non toxic chemicals that were safe around the dogs and kids. We found Protec and decided to give them a shot. The technician that came out was very professional, extremely informative and took his time to get the job done right. He even sprayed under our crawl space which is where the majority of the spiders came from. That’s something the other company never did! The technician said if we ever had a problem they would send someone right out to address it. Thankfully, we haven’t had any issues. The great customer service and natural product Protec provides is hard to find these days and we couldn’t be happier!

Nothing but Great Things to Say! I was skeptical about hiring a pro, but the little spider traps under the bed were no longer handling the spider problem in our home. Brett from Protec was referred by a friend and I couldn’t be more pleased. He came and took care of all of the webs outside of our home and treated the inside as well. He took care of our mouse traps in the attic and installed some fresh traps plus spent a great amount of time trying to figure out how the little guys were getting in. Very professional, on time, and a pleasure to have at the house.

Awesome “kill all my bugs” company!!! Brett did an awesome job with treating our home inside and out for all pests that would like to cohabitate with us. We did not realize we has hobo spiders around our yard until he showed up and knew from the webs he saw. We have not had any sightings of bugs since he treated our yard. The Customer Service at PROTEC is amazing! We saw an increase of ants and spiders during our summer season and called PROTEC. They answered all our questions before they serviced our house and made the process quick and easy. PROTEC made sure to follow up with us after our treatment to make sure we had no further questions.
