His 1 hour appointment stretched to 2 hours; he assessed the property in a very thorough way and closed the access sites to the house.  He communicated well regarding what he was finding and his plan for treatment.  He then set mouse traps in appropriate places and plans on returning in about 1 month to assess the situation.  I didn't ask how long he had worked for ProTec but I can assure ProTec management that they have an excellent worker in Mario Borgna. Graham Wetherley
