Pest Control Specialist

No Experience Necessary – Signing Bonus

Protec Pest Control Services is seeking an entry-level Pest Control Specialist to join our growing team. We’re looking for an enthusiastic team member who wants to contribute to a flourishing business with a strong foundation – a contributor, collaborator, visionary, and honest, hard-working person. The Specialist we are looking for should value the incredible growth potential within the company!

Roles and Responsibilities

You will be required to take six pest and lawn control licensing exams through the Department of Agriculture, four of which must be completed before working in the field. Protec pays for the study materials and exam costs. Once you complete the first four exams, you will:

• Service residential, commercial, and federal properties, including property inspection, spider web removal, application of naturally derived products, and as needed, treating the inside of properties
• Service residential and commercial lawns, including applying fertilization and weed control products

Qualifications

• Positive, customer service-oriented attitude with an inclination to meet the needs of clients
• Self-motivated, strong work ethic, and ability to work independently
• Capable of finding creative solutions and solving problems individually, as well as having confidence to ask for support when it is needed
• Business background and proven history of contributing to employer(s) demonstrating loyalty, impeccable communication, and dedication
• Ability to lift and carry 50 pounds regularly without support (based on winter treatment format)
• Valid Idaho Driver’s License and good driving record

Pay: From $35,000.00 per year
